Aveo Vision Singapore Delivery and Self-Pickup Policy
Your orders will only be processed with the options of self-pickup or delivery by our licensed in-house optometrist to the address provided by you during your purchase. Please ensure that you provide correct address and information when completing your order.
Aveo Vision Singapore will not be liable in the event of an incorrect address is provided and goods are returned to us. Delivery charges will be charged for any subsequent delivery attempt of goods due to incorrect address provided by you.
Delivery
Your order will be delivered by our licensed in-house optometrist, or you are more than welcome to pick-up your order from us.
Delivery time
I. Delivered by the licensed in-house optometrist
All orders within Singapore will be delivered during working days and hours. (Monday to Friday, except Singapore public holidays) Your order will arrive within 1 to 5 working days.
II. Self-pickup
You are welcome to pick-up your order from us during working days and hours. (Monday to Friday from 10.30 am to 8.00 pm, except Singapore public holidays)
